Cuando nadie pregunta qué es Estado de Encuentro lo que viene a mí es una decepción en lo que hacemos. Pero eso respondería el por qué mas no el qué.
Encontrar algo/alguien/alguno que satisfaga lo qué somos se vuelve más complicado en lo que hacemos.
Analizar etimológicamente Estado de Encuentro respondería a la parte racional y no sería en vano:
"-Estado-del latín status, y éste del verbo stare (estar parado)-"
"-Encuentro-del latín in contra (en contra)-" 
Hablar en contra del pensamiento creativo ayudaría a dar una idea de qué es lo que acontece en el Encuentro, pero nunca respondería al quién somos.
Ante la posibilidad de dar una respuesta fallida, podría describir el Estado como incompleto esperando distraer un poco la pregunta inicial,( y buscando afanosamente las prótesis) pero creo que dos personas (o más) en contra y dispuestas de un tiempo que procura engendrar "perceptos" no tienen más pretensión que realizar un intercambio de preguntas. 
Percepto: Es un conjunto de percepciones y de sensaciones que sobrevive a aquél que las experimenta.
