I just came across Denis Beaubois, an Australian multidisciplinary artist whose work, Currency - Division of Labor might be of interest to researchers here.
It is a series of video/performance works that use the division of labor model in capitalism as a structural tool for performance.

A psychogeographical sound art piece about a waste ground site in east London that I have named the Bike Cemetery. The place had, for many years, a striking collage of texts and found materials across a concrete wall that formed one of its borders. I believe that this was the work of a single anonymous individual. This piece describes my return to the site after several years have intervened since I last went there, and contains field recordings, percussion, dub audio effects, thoughts on Benjamin's Angel of History and the hoardings that developers in London put up around spec built blocks of flats.
The piece was first broadcast on resonance fm.
