Simposio parte del IV Congreso de la Sociedad Colombiana de Filosofía

Este simposio asume el reto, indicado por Laura Cull, de pensar la filosofía del performance como una reflexión en el que éste sea comprendido como actividad filosófica y la filosofía como actividad performática. El simposio busca evitar la tendencia de afirmar la filosofía del performance como ‘filosofía aplicada’. Adicionalmente, el simposio se interesa en una filosofía del performance ofrezca una reflexión interdisciplinaria. Con este horizonte, el simposio se propone como espacio de reflexión acerca de la conceptualización y experiencia de la condición contemporánea de la filosofía del performance. Algunas de las preguntas de este simposio son:¿Cómo entender la relación entre performance y filosofía en la contemporaneidad en términos sus propias historias? ¿Cómo acercarse a las tradiciones modernas de la filosofía y o el performance para indagar, de manera afirmativa, acerca de la con-temponaneidad de filosofía y performance? ¿Cómo la filosofía del performance se relaciona con y permite una reflexión crítica de nuestra contemporaneidad?

 

Si usted está interesado en participar en este simposio debe enviar, a más tardar a la media noche del sábado 27 de febrero, un mensaje de correo expresando su interés, y adjuntando un resumen de su texto (cercano a 500 palabras de longitud) y un párrafo resumiendo su CV, a Juan Carlos Guerrero Hernández (jc.guerrero49@uniandes.edu.co).

La presentación de cada ponencia tendrá entre 30 a 35 minutos, y cada sesión del simposio contará con dos ponencias. Habrá un mínimo de dos y máximo de cinco sesiones por simposio.
