It is a series of video/performance works that use the division of labor model in capitalism as a structural tool for performance.

From his website:

The Division of labour work explores…

Hi Laura -

Thanks for this note. I don't actually know how long the ATHE PSFG P&P group has been around! At least 5 years, since I've been in attendance at ATHE, but certainly no longer than 10 years, since the PSFG was only founded 10 years ago this year.

The person to ask would be Gwendolyn Alker, and maybe Josh as well. I'll drop them both a note an see if they can send along any more specific dates. I'll let you know what I hear.

Best wishes,
jpc

Hi Joseph,

I am doing some prep. work on the book series proposal for Performance Philosophy and I was wondering if you could let me know how long the ATHE PSFG Philosophy and Performance group has been around. I know Josh Abrams was doing work within ATHE on this a while back - but I can't find any info online saying when the working group was formally created.

Thanks for your help!

Laura
