ContinueHello Bergsonists
As the cfp quickly approaches for PSi 19 on temporality and performance, its still not too late to put together a performance philosophy contribution.
If there is interest, we might propose a panel of papers on Bergson in a similar way to how the successful panels on Adorno worked at PSi last year. As Adorno was the logical option for a conference themed on culture and industry a conference on temporality asks for a similar figure and Bergson is a natural choice. I would be happy to facilitate selecting certain passages Bergson (as was done for Adorno) to give panelists specifics to respond to.
If there are other ideas you have concerning contributions to the conference can you please post them here, ie shifts, dialogues, etc.?
Hope to hear from many of you

I'd like to remind everyone that a Call for Abstracts has been circulated for the PPWG at Stanford. You can access it on the PPWG wiki site: http://psi-ppwg.wikidot.com/psi-19-stanford
The theme is Philosophy of History.
I would be interested in proposing a paper on Bergson, fabulation, and black performance, based perhaps on a selection from Matter and Memory or Two Sources of Morality & Religion.
